But flowers have an influence over the heart that rivals even time.
It’s not love at first glance into each other’s eyes, it’s obsession over the first bite of a flower petal.
Neither of them understand the feelings they have for each other, except when they dance.
And they dance with vertigo - a symptom that allows the Big Five to truly live and love.
But how can either of these two dance with anyone before they’ve mastered themselves first?

He must expand the bubble he has trapped himself in to include those whose lives he nearly ruined with his dreams of power.
And Monica, a Monarch butterfly, must juggle the dreams of her deceased father…
And realize that being a butterfly isn’t about fluttering alone as the storm takes you with it…

Praise for this book
A captivating blend of science fiction and fantasy that takes readers on a surreal journey. Navedo's imaginative world-building and poetic writing style create a vivid and immersive experience. The book explores themes of transformation, survival, and the interconnectedness of all living things, making it a thought-provoking read for fans of speculative fiction.
I really enjoyed this overall, it was a strong concept and enjoyed getting to know the character in this world. The characters had that feel that I was looking for and was glad the fantasy and scifi element worked overall with them. I was invested in what was happening and thought the concept worked overall. Branden Navedo wrote this well and I hope to read more.
